KC Swim school is a local independant swim school that can come to you!

We offer 1-2-1 and group lessons, high ability coaching, intensive crash courses and even pool parties!

Delivering tuition in schools, health clubs and private pools across surrey.

Caroline Legge

Lead Teacher

Hello, I'm Caroline the founder of KC Swim School!

I have been teaching for over 10 years and specialise in baby and pre-school lessons.

Kieran Childs

Coach

Hi, I'm Kieran, I have been a swimmer for most of my life and love sharing everything I've learnt. I specialise in club and squad coaching, and technique improvement work.

Carla Taskas

Teacher

Hi, I'm Carla, I started working with Caroline as an assistant in lessons, and continued to qualify to teach swimming.

Beginners and improvers are my favourite lessons to teach.

Booking Terms and Conditions

We are always happy to discuss any potential bookings and andwer any questions you may have about working with us. By confirming any bookings with us you agree to adhere to the KC Swim School booking terms and conditions. All bookings we make operate a 48 hour cancellation policy, it is at the teachers discretion if any refunds or credits are to be returned.

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of all swimmers and staff is of the utmost importance to us. All staff are fully qualified, subject to DBS checks, and recieve appropriate safeguarding training. Any issues raised by staff, swimmers or other relevant people regarding safeguarding will be reported to Caroline, our designated safeguarding officer.

Code of Conduct

All of our swimmers and staff will act respectfully and responsibly towards each other in order to achieve the best aquatic experience for all involved. Our code of conduct re-enforces this and is reflective of the STA code of practice, or will align with the third parties we work with.

Equality and Diversity

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and be safe in the water. We will never deny bookings based on race, age, religion, gender, or any other relevant characteristics. We will always prioritise safety and providing sessions best suited to swimmers learning and enjoyment, and never descriminate between swimmers.

Data Protection

Our data protection policy in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. No data will be shared from or between KC Swim School without consent.

Learning and Certification

All of our teachers are Swim Teachers Association or Swim England qualified and follow nationally recognised swim curriculums in all of our lessons.

We are currently awarding both Swim England and Swim Teacher Association (STA) certifications to our swimmers including learn to swim 1-7, rainbow distance and STARFISH series awards.

We can provide any additional information you need about grading and examinations.
